ACHIEVE
ACHIEVE is funded by the BC Ministry of Housing and Social Development's
Employment Program for Persons with Disabilities. ACHIEVE is a self-referred program
that helps people with disabilities who want to work find gainful employment in a highly
effective and efficient manner. An Employment Services Counsellor will assist you in
identifying and reaching your employment goals by developing an employment plan that
is suitable to your skills and experience. We will help you market yourself to employers
and will provide you with individual support throughout the job search process.
ACHIEVE will assist you to:

Build confidence, motivation and skills

Customize your employment plan

Develop an effective resume and cover letter

Conduct successful interviews, including preparation and effective follow-up

Find job placements
The ACHIEVE Program offers continuous intakes and workshops. Clients start within 30
days of intake completion.

Workplace Reporting Relationships, Teamwork and Managing Change

Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution and Practice
