AIM

AIM is funded by BC's Ministry of Housing and Social Development through the Canada
– British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement. Our Aim program provides
employment assistance to unemployed persons with disabilities.
Services through Employment Counselling include:

Career Research & Personal Assessments

Return to Work Action Plan
-
Job Search Support
-
Professional Job Placement
-
Job Search Workshops
-
Referral to Targeted Wage subsidies
-
Assisting eligible clients with training applications
-
Follow up services once a placement is found
The AIM program also includes a fully equipped Employment
Resource Centre with onsite help with computers, internet
access, job postings, photocopying, local phone calls and
faxing. The Resource Centre is for independent participants as
well as individuals accessing case management services.
